Here is rocking video for the Busta Rhymes and Linkin Park’s new “We Made It.” This is the first single off of Busta’s upcoming 8th solo album Blessed.

American Idol fans have spoken and this week’s victim is none other than Brooke White.

Many had thought that her exit from the show was a long time coming, especially following last week’s performance in which she forgot her words.

There will be no diamond in the ruff for the 24 year old Mesa, Arizona native who broke down into tears upon hearing that she was going home.

She was joined in the bottom two by Syesha Mercado, who sang “Hello Again” and “Thank the Lord for the Night Time.”

This leaves 4 remaining candidates; David Archuleta, David Cook, Jason Castro and Syesha Mercado all vying for America’s next Idol championship.

On Tuesday’s show, Brooke sang two songs from Neil Diamond: “I’m a Believer” and “I Am … I Said.”

Simon was not a fan of her first effort, but purked up considerably with her second number.

“This is the Brooke we like. Sitting behind the piano, singing a very good song,” Simon said. “It wasn’t incredible, but it was a million times better than the first song. Well done.”

Pop icon Mariah carey is reported to be engaged to her new boyfriend actor Nick Cannon.

Rumors of the engagement first surfaced when Mariah was spotted at the TriBeCa Film Festival with a huge diamond ring on her finger with him by her side.

Both were attending the festival to promote their new movies; Canon to promote his role in “Ball Don’t lie”, and Carey to promote “Tennessee”.

They were seen holding hands and getting rather intimate at the after party of the festival, lending more speculation to their new status.

The couple first met during the shooting of Carey’s last music video and since then have been glued at the hip.

Carey has been married once before, and Cannon called off his engagement last year with model Selita Ebanks.

As Metallica nears the end of their current contract with label Warner Music Group it is being suggested that they may join the ranks of digital distribution as a way of getting their music out to their fans.

This comes as a shock to many fans who remember well the fact that Metallica acted like a bunch of spoon fed babies when people, their own fans at that were downloading their music free from Napster.

The group only has one more album under their current contract and once that is up it is very likely that they will go the digital route, releasing songs for free.

Drummer Lars Ulrich says the band might have learnt something from other popular rock bands including Radiohead, Nine Inch Nails and just recently Coldplay: “We’ve been observing Radiohead and Trent Reznor and in 27 years or however long it takes for the next record, we’ll be looking forward to everything in terms of possibilities with the internet,” he said.

On the Napster litigation, Ulrich explains: “It was never about downloading per se. We have the Vault where you can download shows from twenty years ago for free, full-on and it’s been there for years. You can download recent shows days after they happen for cost. Back in the day there was a much bigger
question about “on whose terms?” We said, “Wait a minute, it should be about the artist.”

It has now been confirmed that pop star Britney Spears will return to How I Met Your Mother for a second episode.

The episode featuring Britney will be shown on May 12th and will feature Britney as a secretary named Abby.

Her first appearance on the show back on March 24 drew an extra 1 million viewers to the show.

“We’re all so thrilled to have Britney joining us once again,” series executive producer and co creator Craig Thomas said in a statement.

“And just to head it off at the pass this time around: Yes, Mom, Britney’s very nice and no, I can’t get her autograph for you,” Thomas added.

Not all are happy with Britney Spears appearing on the show. Not long ago, Neil Patrick Harris) who plays Barney stated that the show did not need guest appearances to boost ratings.

It is being reported that Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus will be participating and performing at the Disney Charity Games.

Other Disney stars that will be performing at the charity event being held in Orlando this Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday include those featured in shows such as “Camp Rock,” “The Cheetah Girls One World,” “Wizards of Waverly Place,” “The Suit Life of Zack & Cody,” and “Corey in the House.”

Miley Cyrus, The Cheetah Girls, and the Jonas Brothers will be performing a concert on Saturday for the games, but it is not yet known if the public will be allowed to attend.

Many think it is surprising that Disney would turn to Cyrus to attend the event after racy pics of her wearing not a lot of clothing made their rounds of the web not once, but twice.

The games may not be open to the public but they will be aired on cable television later this summer.

“We’re inviting people to come and watch, but it’s a working production,” said Adam Sanderson, senior vice president of brand marketing for the Disney ABC Networks Group. “It’s not staged as a sporting event.”

The main charities that will benefit from the games are the Boys & Girls Club, UNICEF, Make-A-Wish and Starlight Starbright.
